Being new to the site, you might have a hard time finding some important documents, so we have made it easy for you. Look at the left hand column, scroll down until you see forms and downloads. Click on it and then scroll down to the section SPEO/CSU Fitness Center. There you will find all the forms you will need.

Remember, if you are printing out an athletic registration form, you will also need to print a Code of Conduct and The Sports Information page to have the complete set to turn in.

2015 will be a very busy and productive year. We have several projects slated for completion by year’s end. There will be numerous special events held in 2015 which I have listed in the section department news.
